I found this link that might be helpful.  Unfortunately, region 1 DVD's won't work in European DVD players, but a region 0 DVD is supposed to work anywhere in the world.  My sister usually, eventually, has luck finding region 0 DVD's online at sites like amazon.  Here's the link:

You can also get multi-region DVD players. It's probably not worth buying one just for this but it's worth checking to see if one you already have is multi-region.

Another option might be to download a free DVD program for your computer - a lot of them let you pick which region you want them to be set for. They limit how many times you can change it but if you don't normally watch DVD's on the computer, or have another program for region 2/0 then it doesn't matter.

Thank you Happy I didn't know about region 0, that'd be a convenient option if they released this one as region 0 besides as 1.
Christmas is coming and this Behind the Player DVD too, and it's such a nice present for musicians, but I realized my friends wouldn't be able to watch it. I hope it'll work with the computer DVD-players if they can be changed that way.

Re: The DVD question:

Would you not be able to use any type of DVD in the computer? I know my buddy has a few DVDs he bought in Europe that don't work on his DVD player, but do work on his computer.

If you have Windows Media Player on your computer, if you put in a DVD which is not the same Region as your country it allows you to change the Region of your computer in order to play the DVD. Although you shouldn't do this too often as you are limited to 4 or 5 changes

You have 4 or 5 zone changes on your DVD player, except if you buy a MultiZone DVD. (I think that exist a Multizone DVD Player, and you don't need to change the zone)
